M Room Oy is committed to ensuring that its digital services are accessible in accordance with the EU Accessibility Directive and the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019). This accessibility statement applies to the following M Room services:
mroom.com – public website
my.mroom.com – customer portal
This statement covers both of the above-mentioned services and outlines their current accessibility status as well as instructions for providing accessibility-related feedback.
Current accessibility status: Mostly accessible. The mroom.com website and the my.mroom.com customer portal are partially compliant with the accessibility requirements, meaning that the services do not yet fully meet all the WCAG 2.1 AA-level criteria as required by law.
Identified accessibility issues: The assessment has revealed certain key accessibility deficiencies that may hinder the use of the services. For example, some images lack alternative text, and certain functionalities may be difficult to operate using only a keyboard or a screen reader. These shortcomings may potentially affect users who rely on assistive technologies. We have identified the key accessibility issues and will address them as part of an upcoming website redevelopment during 2025 and 2026.
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our services and welcome any feedback. If you encounter accessibility issues on our websites or have questions regarding accessibility, please contact us first (site administration). You may reach us regarding accessibility issues via:
Email: privacy@lfgbrands.fi
We will respond to all feedback as soon as possible.
In Finland, the supervisory authority responsible for overseeing compliance with accessibility requirements is the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom). If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from us or do not receive a response within 14 days, you have the right to file an accessibility complaint with the supervisory authority. Instructions for submitting a complaint can be found on Traficom’s website:
