M Cut XL is M Room’s larger haircut. The style is designed from scratch, or a style that has grown out is brought back. It costs €44, and no appointment is needed.
As always at M Room, the service includes a wash and a scalp massage. You also get a quick facial moisturizing treatment, the cut, and a finish using styling products. More time is set aside for the consultation in an XL cut.
Choose M Cut XL when you want to change your hairstyle or shorten your hair significantly. It’s also the right choice when your last cut was several months ago.
About the M Cut XL haircut
What does M Cut XL include?
M Cut XL includes the same things as M Cut. The work is simply more extensive, and more time is set aside for it. The visit covers the consultation, the wash and scalp massage, and the cut itself. A quick facial moisturizing treatment and a finish using styling products are included too.
The consultation is more thorough than usual in an XL cut. Your barber goes through what you want and what’s possible with your hair. The hair is then cut the way you want it. Your hair type and the direction it grows are taken into account.
Who is M Cut XL for?
M Cut XL is for you when one of these applies:
- you want to change your hairstyle completely
- your last cut was around three months ago or more, and the previous style may no longer be visible even to a barber
- your hair is being shortened significantly, for example from shoulder length to a short style
- you’re planning a style that’s more demanding, technically or in time.
Trimming long hair generally falls under M Cut XL as well. That holds even if only a couple of centimeters come off the ends. Washing and drying long hair properly takes time, and M Cut XL has more of it set aside.
So what matters is where your hair is now. The other half is how far from there you need to get in one visit.
When is M Cut enough?
Choose M Cut (€36) when your last cut is still recognizable and you just want it tidied up. The practical rule is simple. If you’re coming in to leave with the same style you got a month or two ago, M Cut is generally enough.

M Cut XL or M Premium Cut XL?
M Premium Cut XL (€54) is the same larger haircut with two add-ons. You get an extended scalp massage (M Relax) and a razor line-up (M Razor). Bought separately, those two would cost €14. In the Premium package you get both on top of the cut for €10.
Choose M Premium Cut XL when you’re coming in for a longer visit anyway. It makes that visit more thorough and even more relaxing.
What does M Cut XL cost?
M Cut XL costs €44. The price is the same at every M Room barbershop. It doesn’t depend on which barber does the work.
The 10% student and school pupil discount applies to M Cut XL too, from Monday to Wednesday.

What can you add to M Cut XL?
You can add M Premium Extra services to your M Cut XL for €7–12 each. Two are especially popular with a change of style.
- M Razor is a razor line-up for the hairlines.
- M Skinfade finishes a fade down to the skin with a razor.
If your hair is longer or chemically treated, the K18Peptide™ molecular repair treatment is a good fit. It comes combined with an extended scalp massage. M Wax, nose and ear waxing, is a popular add-on too.
You can choose your add-on when you join the queue in My M Room. You can also choose it with your barber at the shop.
