M Room concept

M Room operates on a walk-in basis only. You can come in by heading directly to the shop and joining the queue on-site, or you can join the queue for your preferred location or a specific barber remotely through the My M Room service. If you’re waiting outside the shop, please make sure you’re there when your turn begins.

M Room serves all customers in need of barbershop services. We respect the individual gender experience of every customer and professional — we want to do our part in ensuring that every individual we interact with always feels welcome, valued, and safe.

Yes. Students, seniors, and schoolchildren over 12 receive a 10% discount on M Cut haircuts Monday through Wednesday. Please be prepared to present your student or senior card upon arrival.

Absolutely. M Room serves customers of all ages, and children’s haircuts are taken just as seriously as adult ones — every service includes a consultation, hair wash, and styling. A more affordable M Cut Junior service is available for children under 12. Children over 12 receive a 10% discount on haircuts Monday through Wednesday.

In the interest of transparency and smooth service, M Room accepts card payments only. As a rule, we do not accept cash at any of our locations. Every service is registered in our point-of-sale system and customers always receive a receipt.

My M Room

Registration for My M Room is not required to visit M Room, but we recommend it. Registered customers can join the queue remotely from their own device, track their place in the queue, and receive real-time updates on any changes to their wait time directly on their device.

My M Room also allows you to view your visit history (receipts) and manage your user and marketing preferences. Locations and queue times can be browsed in My M Room without logging in. Customers who have purchased a barbershop membership can view their membership’s validity period and the number of remaining credits included in their membership.

Yes, but in that case we recommend logging into My M Room and monitoring your queue status there, in case any changes occur.

The queue time is an estimate that updates in real time and may fluctuate throughout the day. Changes can be influenced by factors such as the services selected and variations in customer flow.

The queue system closes automatically when the shop becomes busy or when there are no longer enough hours left in the day to serve additional customers within opening hours.

At this time, My M Room is only available to customers in the country where they originally registered.

M Room memberships

Silver – you visit the barber approximately every 4–6 weeks and primarily use haircut services. Includes 10 or 15 services per year; 10–15% discount on services beyond or outside your membership package.

Gold – you visit the barber every 3–5 weeks and want to use our color and beard services in addition to haircuts. Includes 15–20 services per year; 15–20% discount on services beyond or outside your membership package.

Platinum – you visit the barber every 2–4 weeks and/or want the most comprehensive package: as a Platinum member, you can use all available services. 25 services per year; 25% discount on services beyond your membership allowance.

Yes — you can visit M Room as often as you need, within the limits of your barbershop membership. Your annual fee includes a set number of services based on your membership tier, and for any visits beyond that allowance, you pay the member rate — 10–25% less than a walk-in customer.

Your membership benefits and discounts remain valid for the entire year. For services beyond your allowance or outside your membership package, you receive a discount based on your tier: Silver 10–15%, Gold 15–20%, Platinum 25%.

Yes. Upgrades are always done in-store and apply to the entire remaining membership period. An upgrade affects both the discount percentage and the range of services available to you. The in-store team will calculate the cost of the upgrade.

Yes. As a member, you receive a discount on full-priced M Room products: Silver −€1, Gold −€2, Platinum −€3 off list prices. The discount does not apply to promotional products, travel-sized products, or products from other brands. The member product discount is available in-store only.

Silver 10 Daytime is designed for students, seniors, and schoolchildren over 12. It matches the Silver 10 membership in content but is 10% more affordable. Services are redeemable Monday–Wednesday only; on other days, a €6 supplement applies. Please be prepared to present a valid student or senior card in-store. Remaining services from a previous membership cannot be transferred to a Daytime membership.

Yes, a member may pause their membership once per membership year. The minimum pause duration is 60 days for illness or a comparable reason, or 90 days for an extended stay or studies abroad in a location where M Room has no presence. The maximum pause duration is one year.

A membership may be cancelled in exceptional life circumstances, such as serious long-term illness, disability, or a permanent or long-term relocation abroad. Cancellation requires an approved reason from M Room.

An M Room barbershop membership makes a great gift. Memberships can be purchased as gift cards at your nearest location or at mroomshop.com. A membership purchased as a gift card is only activated once the recipient activates it in-store. Gift cards purchased online are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

M Room barbershop memberships are fully digital and we no longer use or issue physical membership cards. You can conveniently view your membership and its included credits through My M Room. Please be prepared to verify your identity in-store if required.

M Room barbershop memberships are always personal and cannot be shared with a friend or family member. Misuse may result in cancellation of the membership. If a child under 12 in need of barbershop services lives in the same household as the membership holder, the child may receive a haircut at the member discount when visiting together with the membership holder. In this case, the member and the child under 12 are served consecutively by the same barber.

Services

M Cut XL is an extended haircut service perfectly suited for bigger changes — such as significantly shortening longer hair, style changes, and technically demanding cuts. We also recommend M Cut XL when several months have passed since your last haircut and your hair has grown well beyond the shape it was cut into.

The standard M Cut, on the other hand, is a maintenance haircut that tidies up your hair without major changes. Choose M Cut when you want to freshen up your current style and it hasn’t been too long since your last haircut.

Yes. Our service menu also includes M Buzz Cut, where all hair is clipped to one length. The length is your choice — from a near-shaved stubble to a short buzz cut of a few millimeters.

Color service prices are starting prices. The final price is determined by the desired result, hair length, coloring technique, and service time. M Color covers standard color services — for example, if you want to subtly deepen your natural hair color or are looking for a result that doesn’t necessarily require ongoing maintenance.

M Special Color covers more demanding color treatments, such as gray coverage, lightening, and more dramatic highlighting work. Tell your barber what you have in mind — they’ll be able to give you a clear price estimate.

No. At M Room, a haircut includes the cut itself, along with a wash and scalp massage, a quick facial moisturizing treatment, and styling and finishing with products. Beard grooming is always charged separately. View our full price list here.

At M Room, a wash is always included in the haircut price. Washing the hair before the cut ensures the best possible result and also protects our tools. The wash also includes a light scalp massage and a quick facial moisturizing treatment.
